Dollars and sense
Fox & Hounds Apartments requires a $400 security deposit on all apartments. These are refundable upon moving out at the discretion of management.
Fox & Hounds Apartments allows small dogs and cats. A damage deposit of $300 is required, plus an additional $25 pet rent per month. Limit of two pets per tenant, and all pets must be approved by the management prior to move-in.
